Has anyone with lymphoedema tried body brushing. Is it at all beneficial?

I’m sure I’ve got something, somewhere (was there ever an untidier b****r than me) an article from, possibly, a Sunday supplement about this.
I think - can’t remember for sure - that, done properly, it was good for lymphoedema.
Will try to dig it out…
