Hi everyone
I’m 10 years post mastectomy, chemo & radiotherapy and really want a decent bra fitting. I have a silicone prosthesis and currently use conventional bras with pockets sewn in. However, I’m not happy with them and don’t want to just ‘make do’! My boobs are saggy and I need a fitting by someone who can give me some good advice about correct sized bras that don’t cost the earth. I initially bought mastectomy bras but didn’t find them comfortable. Hope you can help.

Hopefully other forum users will reply to your query soon. In the meantime, if you want to talk things through with one of our breast care nurses, our Helpline is open Mon-Fri 9am-4pm and Sat 9am-1pm.

Hi Rach58
I bought my mastectomy bras from Marks and Spencers. They are very soft and comfortable. The pockets are great and my prosthesis fits lovely. Plus you don’t pay the VAT.
lots of luck
Hi Rachael,
Have you tried John Lewis or Debenhams? I found their fitting services excellent, and John Lewis had a good range that I hadn’t seen elsewhere.
Good luck x
