Bra post mastectomy with immediate LD reconstruction

Hi all, 

I had this surgery 15 years ago and the script then was a sports bra, 24/7, for 4-6 weeks. I saw the Plastic Surgeon on Wednesday but don’t have a date or any information yet as I just finished chemotherapy. I know I will get some information, unfortunately not a very helpful breast nurse this time, but I’d be interested to know what had been suggested to others and what you had found bearable. Do you still have to sleep on your back for 4weeks?!?
