Brain Mets Diagnosed

Sue G, thank you for sharing news of Anna - We really supported eachother through our chemo and she had such positivity and “balls”. I am really gutted. I was also getting increasingly concerned, I had messaged her on FB, but heard nothing. Words just seem so insincere at a time like this. Give her a gentle hug from me too. It is so Anna, thinking of others before herself and telling us to enjoy our lives. Thoughts and prayers with her and Steve and family at this very sad time.

This is so, so sad. There are no words to express how angry this makes me feel. So many young lovelies, so many hurt and broken families.

Much love and gentle hugs to Anna and her new husband, family and friends. So bloody unfair. xxJacqxx

Hi all,
So sad to hear about Anna, I truely hope she is pain free and comfortable and able to enjoy time with her friends and family. I came on to post my good news that my MRI shows that my single brain met has not recurred exactly a year after it was surgically removed. Have strength.

Hi again ladies.
I sent Steve a message on FB last night to ask him if he would tell Anna that all the ladies from the BCC site and from the Macmillan site send their love to her and Steve at this difficult time.
He replied that Anna gets very tired during the day and as one of the tumours is behind her optic nerve her sight has deteriorated and she is no longer able to use the computer.
He has asked me to thank you all for your love and support.
Anna has never told me that she is in any pain at all and just hope that she is painfree till the end.
I will of course let you know any further news when I hear anything.

Love to you all

I read this so many times that women with breast cancer feel guilty, but please please do not feel guilty. My life is falling apart with the diagnosis of breast cancer but I do not feel guility. I feel bitter and angry but never guility. Remember you have been dealt a cruel blow, do not beat yourself up, you have been through enough.

Hello Sue G
like so many others, I ‘connected’ with Anna and liked her very much indeed. Please could I ask you to pass on my love to Anna and Steve?
I am so sad to hear this news and also, Hannah, to hear how difficult things are for you, thinking about you with love. Sometimes life is sh*tty and unfair - I’m so sorry
sending much love
