Bras with low sides

As it says really. I had nodes removed 20 years ago and now have had another removal on same side ( thankfully all clear) so my underarm and side is a bit messed up ( plus fibrosis from radiotherapy 20 years ago) so bras with high sides really irritate me. I had a SMX 9 weeks ago. Any recommendations? Especially sports bras

I can relate to how uncomfortable high-sided bras can be after surgery. You might find that softer, seamless sports bras with lower side panels are more comfortable while everything is still settling down. It may also be worth asking your breast care nurse for recommendations, as they often know brands that work well after lymph node surgery. Hope you find something comfortable soon.

Try looking at Sloggi, the two I have are soft and low sided.
