BRCA1, surgery on the 15th and extreamly struggleing with my thanatophobia

Hello everyone out there ! I have been using this forum for support since our 29 year old daughter was diagnosed with breastcancer in March in 2025. Through her diagnosis she also found out, that she has the BRCA1 faulty gene. My husband, our son and myself all have been tested. My husbands results are still pending. Our son has been cleared but I also have the BRCA1 faulty gene. Since my late teens I have an extream fear of death and dieing. My entire life has been extreamly effected by this phobia. The cancer of pur daughter and my own worries now with having my remaining left ovary and fallopian tubes removed on the 15th and then in 5month my breasts removal has entirely tipped me over the edge now… I think death all day and night… I hardly get sleep… which creates more fears aso… it is a downward spiral…

It would be amazing, if someone may is in a similar situation and would be willing to reach out and just talk a little…someone who may can understand… may can give some advice…
