and another bump to the top!
I sent my details, even though I have used this site for a few years I dont often start threads, but was so offended on this occassion with my 12 year old daughter I had to off load, thankfully I did and was amazed and gob smacked by the response from not only us, BCC, BBC, ITN and Asda.
Think the time has come for equal opinions from all areas.
Debbie
it’s like playing bumper cars!!
Hiya Again
First can I say thanks for your kind comments about my poem, its my way of protesting in a nice manner, I have been doing this a lot recently to shops that don’t sell mastectomy wear :-)I’m happy to write one for BCC campaigns if they want to take me up on the offer
I’ve emailed too and happy to help in any way, even stripping down to my undies if it will save live.
I’m not anti-Katie, but I did feel very strongly that she did not have the image we need to assist us in raising funds for BC vixens (we are vixens girls, not victims). I know she makes a lot but we need to remember that money is not eveything, it is more important to keep our dignity and our integrity too as we fight this horrible disease.
Thanks Debs and co. for bringing this issue to the national press
Niki

I don’t have comments that I wish to voice per se on the BCC forum, but as someone diagnosed Stage IV from the start, four years ago, I am happy to talk to ASDA or anyone else, about possible improvements whch could be made in the way they raise awareness and money, and perception in the media, of breast cancer.
