Breast pain

Going through breast cancer treatment Surgery

Hi all,

I had my surgery on 1st Nov 2021 and then 5 days of radiotherapy ending on 21st January 2022.

I’m still having quite a bit of pain in my boob. It kinda feels heavy and swollen ( doesnt look swollen) I’m aware of the pain all the time.

Is this normal for where I am on this journey?

Hi , I’m thinking back 6 years now but I know I had pain for a long time after surgery and rads , still do have some discomfort now  . I’m not sure about swelling though . It might be best to get it checked by your BC nurse to get some re-assurance .Best wishes Jill x
