i have a little lump on left breast near the bit around nipple and flat nipple on right breast and when raise arms right breast seems to flattern a bit while other stays the same as it always has been could it be bc

I echo what MB says. Get yourself off to the GP and get referred to a breast clinic. Don’t panic about how quickly you get your clinic appointment, they are obliged to get you seen within 2 weeks but often get it done much more quickly. I think I only waited 4 or 5 days.

You might also want to call the helpline, they’re brilliant. Open until 2pm on a Saturday too.

Yes definitely get it checked out, you’ll never know until you do. As the girls have said, the chances are it’s fine. If it is bad news, it will be treated.
