have done it wrong again i might get the gest of this one day hope i have got it right this time, does anyone find they are breathless during and under going taxetere chemo. feeling very depressed amd very anxious, i really dont know if iam having panic attacks through fear can anyone help, Marysia xPS I HOPE I CAN FIND THIS AGAIN
Hi Marysia, I had breathlessness and I am pretty sure it’s a normal side effect for some, so don’t panic ok. Do talk to your team about it though, need to keep them updated.

Me too, I thought I was losing fitness very fast as I was getting breathless with a small amount of walking to the local shops. Can’t believe how much better I feel now (last Tax begining of Oct).
I also couldnt ‘catch my breath’ and I wondered wether it was anxiety. When it happened I would breath out slowly blowing the air out for as long as I comfortably could, rather than trying to breath in. I found that easier than concentrating on the in breath.
