I had a couple of insect bites a few days ago, didn’t cause any problems but they have developed into something like a bruise with broken red rash under the skin. I don’t usually get bitten so didn’t think much about it but my husband said it’s not usual. Could this be linked to Letrozole?

Letrozole does not directly affect insect bites, but hormone therapies can cause skin dryness or increase skin sensitivity which may make insect bites itch more or heal more slowly in some people.
If the bites don’t improve in the next few days, it would be a good idea to get them checked out by your GP.
