I am new to the forum. The last few months I have had some changes in my breasts that I have not had before, amongst other symptoms. It started with slight aching in my breasts which changed to my arm pits feeling like they are on fire to my left breasts also feeling the same, my nipple burning on my left side, and now a swollen lower half of my left rip cage.
Some of these symptoms are stronger or more pronounced around ovulation or as I get closer to my period, but my rib cage being swollen has been for the last two weeks now.
In December I saw my gyno and she did an ultrasound and a quick breast exam. She said she did not feel or see anything and that around your period, the sensation or breast or under arms burning was normal due to hormones. She gave me homeopathic drops, they have not done much I must say. Today I went to my PCP about my rip cage and he was not able to find anything with in my rib cage that could be causing it to swell.
My question is, have any of you had these symptoms prior to being diagnosed. I’m terrified what the news will bring in the next few days and am not sure how much more waiting I can bare as I have been dealing with this since December.
