We have recently launched a brand new Family Support Service to families with a SBC member and children age 21 and under living in Scotland.
We are able to offer up to 5 free sessions of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT/tapping) as well as a host of resources to support you and your children. The EFT will be delivered online via our Practitioner.
You will be taught a simple tapping technique to use whenever you feel anxious, sad or need to ground yourself.
The other resources include sensory stickers, a My Cancer Record, The Little Book of Life Admin and a Reflection Records game to play with your family to document memories and wishes.

Unfortunately, at present, our funding dictates that its Scottish families only, but we hope to be able to roll this out across the UK if the feedback is positive.
