Whilst you are having chemotheraphy can you fly?
I don’t have a definitive answer, but I think that the two main risks of flying are DVT which is probably more linked to being close to having had surgery and also if you are immunosuppressed, sitting in a large box full of several hundred people who will have various coughs, colds and infections is an added risk. I, personally, didn’t fly anywhere until I was 6 months clear of chemo. I am also a pretty cautious person.
I don’t know if this is of any help, I would ask your oncologist as she will know your own case.
