I would suggest calling your team or the BCN helpline 0808 800 6000 for advice.
Supplements are not regulated like other medications so you can’t be 100% sure what’s in them or if they will be effective. Dr Liz O’Riordan is a breast surgeon who has had breast cancer recommends. She has also done a BCN live talking about supplements if you search for it. ( didn’t want to post too many links)
Menopause and Cancer charity have this article and podcasts/ YouTube videos taking to experts on this subject and more.
