can you use your anti nausea tablets as travel sickness pills?

I know this is a weird question to ask? But I have lots of Domperidone tablets left over from my chemo, they are still well in date, and I know I could use them if I was feeling squeamish in the house. Just wondered if they could also be used as travel sickness tablets as well (especially for sea sickness), has anyone used them succesfully for this purpose. Seem silly to buy some if the ingredients are more or less the same. Any advice gratefully received.

I’ve just looked this up and found this link:

It doesn’t specifically say you CAN use them for travel sickness, but it doesn’t say you CAN’T either. Perhaps if you read it you might be able to judge for yourself. Perhaps you could ask your pharmacist.
