Cancer found in other breast

Diagnosed with breast cancer Local recurrence or new primary diagnosis

Hi. Had tnbc 2021 had chemo/rad/mastectomy. BRCA1 Just had diep flap and cancer found in other breast. Referred back to Onco. Said it’s small. Had mammogram negative one month before surgery so shocked. What will happen now ??
