It tastes good, could be better. Consistency was a bit soft, I might have over blended. If there are any hummus experts I would welcome some amendments to the recipe. It was just a quick one I found online.
240g canned chickpeas
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp garlic powder (didnt have fresh)
pinch salt
4 tbsp water
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp paprika
