I am wondering if there are any cancer retreats here in the UK that anyone could recommend? Fancy a few days with some like Minded peeps recharging body and soul x
@newbie1 Iām going to a 1 day one in Devon later this month with meditation/breathwork etc. India Gooderham on Instagram recommended by my yoga teacher x

The Penny Brohn charity offer them at their centre in Somerset. I went on one after my treatment. It was marvellous. X
