With a meal, after a meal…and if so, how long after a meal? 

 

The box instructions say with food, but my MacMillan nurse has said take after 30 minutes of a meal.

 

What do you do?

I take it straight after I’ve eaten.

I take mine with or after breakfast and then after dinner in the evening.  I was told that it disperses into the bloodstream quicker if there is  food in the stomach .  The label on my box says to eat after and within 20 minutes of eating.
