Cellulitis - how are you dealing with it?

In June last year I had a full mastectomy and immediate silicone implant reconstruction.
In July last year I had a total lymph node clearance and 15 rounds of radiotherapy in October.
In November last year I was admitted into hospital as my breast turned bright red, inflamed and swollen. I was placed on IV antibiotics for 6 days. My surgeon was stumped as the ultrasound showed infected tissue and nothing else, and blood tests were normal. My skin hadn’t fully settled down and my surgeon would like to see me again in July to assess. My radiotherapy doctor believes that it was cellulitis.
I recently went to a hot country on holiday; used factor 50 at all times and kept myself well covered up however half way through the holiday my breast started to turn horribly red again. I went to see the ships doctor who put it down to lack of lymph nodes and my body not coping. He instructed me to see my GP as soon as I got home. Currently on antibiotics and seeing my breast surgeon next week.

Is this happening to anyone else and what has been cited as the cause if it is happening to you? Is this going to keep on happening - especially in the heat?

I’ve seen my GP who gave me antibiotics. My friend who is an Advance nurse practitioner told me that they weren’t strong enough after he checked me over and I got stronger ones. I’m also booked in to see my breast surgeon. Everyone seems currently stumped though
