I had lumpectomy and nodes removed end of February, clear margins, had 5 days radiotherapy in April and now on Tamoxifen.
I have been lucky , no nasty side effects so.far. But yesterday it felt a bit sore by my scar, felt a bit lumpy.
Today, its ok, but ive noticed Lots of little dimples on the boob, like the hair follicles. Quite noticeable so it freaked me a little bit.
Can this happen after radiotherapy, medication?

Thank you for your post. It sounds like you have been through a lot this year and understandable that any new or unexpected changes in your breast would make you a little freaked out.
The soreness and lumpiness by your scar and the little dimples on the boob can happen following breast surgery and radiotherapy. Both treatments can cause changes to the breast tissue that may continue to develop for many months afterwards. It’s not uncommon to notice areas that feel a bit lumpy, firmer than usual, or changes to the appearance of the skin as the treated area heals.
Following surgery and radiotherapy, it is common to have occasional twinges, tenderness, and changes in how the breast feels as healing continues. The little dimples you’ve noticed around the hair follicles can sometimes occur because radiotherapy can cause swelling (oedema) of the breast that usually settles within a few weeks after treatment. Tamoxifen is not typically associated with causing this type of skin change.
We would suggest you contact your treatment team about the changes you have noticed. They can advise and discuss management if required.
