I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice on hair loss during chemo. I am scheduled to start my chemo in 2 weeks time and the oncologist told me about the cold cap treatment. However, he went on to say when I asked his opinion on how successful it was, to say that there were very few people he sees that can get away with not wearing a wig/headscarf. Is it worth trying, or should I embrace the impending baldness?!! Also, I have long hair, should I get it cut short(er) prior to the chemo, of not? one last question, where can i get some nice scarves? Thanks everyone xxx
