Chemo harder with SBC?

I had my primary BC in 2018 and got through all the treatment OK .
Diagnosed in April this year with SBC in bones and liver .
Have had 3/6 rounds of Docetaxol, Pertuzamab and Trastuzumab and am finding it so much harder than last time . It’s taking me a week to stop feeling tired/ sick and generally not able to do much.
Just interested to find out if others had this reaction? And did you recover once the chemo rounds stopped? Plan is to go onto Phesgo after the 6 chemo rounds .
Looking for a light at end of chemo tunnel .

I was exactly the same had treatment for primary 2018 then diagnosed with secondary in spine 2020. I had the same type of chemo abraxane, pertuzamab and trastuzumab, also Tamoxifen and thought i knew exactly what to expect. However, i was completely wrong and found it much tougher with little recovery between cycles. Once chemo stopped after a few months of phesgo only with tamoxifen i felt much better. I’ve been on this just over 3 years feel very well, scans have all been stable and i work full time. Hang on in there I’m sure it will improve. Good luck

Hope you pick up quickly @archiesmum
Is the Enhertu infusion or injection? How often do you have it?

By infusion every 3 weeks. Already dreading the next one but I want to control the disease in my lung and keep it as small as it is.
