Chemo worries over ❤️

Hi I’ve just had a mastectomy ( 1x 16mm lobular grade 2 and 1x 10mm ductal grade 1) with no reconstruction and my pathology shows the lobular was bigger than first expected.. 6cm instead of 1.6cm!! ER+ hers2 neg, plus they found it in my first sentinel node out of 4 taken.. I’m waiting to see an oncologist now in about 6-8 weeks as the surgeon said I will need radiotherapy to chest wall and axilla perhaps and they will want to discuss chemotherapy with me, however I have dilated cardiomyopathy already and wondered if anyone has been in a similar situation as I’m worried about my heart if I do have it.. I did ask the surgeon and he just said they won’t be happy I have a heart condition but nothing else.. I’m assuming I will need to outweigh the risks v benefits? I’ve also read chemo doesn’t do much for lobular cancer.. I’ve been reading stats of chemo where it shows there’s a 3-6% absolute reduction in reoccurrence but the hormone blockers do most of the work.. I’m so confused as I want to be as prepared as possible before I see the oncologist team.. and I don’t want to be told this is what we do in this situation without taking my heart into consideration.
