Thank you for sharing! I know a lot of people who have done the course and found it really helpful, I hope it helps you with your confidence too. Chemo is a really tricky time to feel good about yourself, but resources like this course are so great. I hope your treatment is going as well as it can
Hello Yasmeink. Thank you fir your kind thoughts. My treatment touch wood is going ok. Haven’t had nausea or sickness. Hair starting to shred, tingling/numbness in fingers but no worrying. Im looking a excercuses for fingers and light resistance to support muscle to support chest. Hope you are ok as well Big hugs xxx
I’ve bounced between sizes during treatment and found it way less stressful once I stopped fighting it. I grabbed a few cheap bits from supermarket ranges so I didn’t feel squeezed or swamped, then stuck to softer fabrics that don’t cling. For Look Good Feel Better, I just wore something comfy and light because you end up trying makeup and fiddling with things. It felt more like a chilled catch up than anything formal.
