I’m having my 3rd chemo tomorrow carboplatin and docetaxel and hormone therapy treatment,I’m using cold cap and lost about 20% of my hair underneath the 2nd cycle…
I think the cold cap wasn’t for proper this time tho as I said when I left the hospital that day…
Any having same treatment using cold cap please let me know how your hair has been thanks sam x

Hello, I had the same chemo as you and kept lots of hair BUT you do get plenty of shedding so don’t give up!
Treat your hair very gently, only wash once a week, never under a shower and wash it once in tepid water, pat with a towel, spray with leave in conditioner and comb with a wide tooth comb. THEN LEAVE IT ALONE. The more you mess about with it the more hair you will loose xxx
