I was on Tamoxifen for 5 years and have been on Letrozole for the past year and came off it last week as I was experiencing joint and ligament pain in my left hip. I’ve got flu like symptoms today (every bone and muscle in my body is aching and I’m either running a temperature or having hot flushes) which could, in fact, be flu as I’ve got the headcold to match!
Anyway, does anyone know if I’ll experience hot flushes again and how long it takes for the drug to be out of your body and the side-effects diminish? Do they diminish?
