HI All Just finishing my first course of CMF ,finish cyclo tommorrow then have a two week break then Three more to go . It has definetly been easier than Epi ,except for diarrhoea. I was always having to take motion potions on EPI. I really need to rebuild my confidence on getting out and about ESPECIALLY on my own again. GP thought it not good idea to drive whilst I was on EPI I shall have to ask her for review on this whilst on CMF… BUT how do I start rebuilding my confidence again, I am so cream crackered all the time where do I get the enegy from??? Any tips gratefully received.
Love Bobbie

nk the answer is just to take time and do what you feel comfortable with.
Hope things improve soon
cheers
Caroline
Hi Bobbie… wonder why your GP said not to drive on epi? i have had to drive myself to and from each sesh and to work (now that i am back part time) because each time i arranged for a friend to take me they got smitten with bugs.
Think about being over half way through and getting better and that may help how you feel?
