Confused with mammogram

I just had my first mammogram and I got a

Call that I need more imaging. This is the report I have right now:

Right breast: 7-8 mm partially circumscribed partially obscured
anterior right breast mass upper-outer quadrant. Additional
diagnostic mammographic/tomographic exam to include ML and spot.

I don’t have my next appointment for mammogram and ultrasound for 3more weeks. I know I should google but I have.

Most things I find say that circumscribed mass are not cancerous but a few says they may be. I also have a mark on my break that I thought was just a stretch mark because I gain a little weight over the last could year( maybe 15lbs) but now that I look at it, it sinks in when I raise my arm that now has we worried.

Has anyone had a mass come back that said it’s circumscribed and with more imaging it was cancerous?
