Hello, not posted here for a long time. 2 years ago had single skin saving Mastectomy with immediate DIEP. Have now found out have BR cancer gene and been offered another Mastectomy- but can’t have another DIEP- has anyone else been in this situation and what did u decide to do and what was the final result like.? Currently I have a fantastic cosmetic result x
