Continuing radiotherapy symptoms

Hi, anyone know if this is normal. I had bc September 2024 and lumpectomy in the October. I had week radiotherapy in Feb 2025. I had a lot of pain on and off for months afterwards which returned earlier this year. I have fat necrosis in the breast. I now have all the pain again, and the stinging and stabbing pain too. . Has anyone else had this so long after the treatment, please? They tell me it keeps working, but this seems so long after the treatment, I’m a bit anxious,

Hi. I’m almost 4 years on and I still sometimes get pain and discomfort. At first I kept mentioning it to various different doctors and radiographers but they kept saying it was normal so in the end I stop asking. Apparently you’re more likely to get more prolonged pain if you’ve had radiotherapy. I am however going to mention it when I go for my 4th annual mammogram in a few weeks. I hope yours eases off soon
