My shoulder MRI showed cortical breach and local periosteal reaction.
Does this mean the cancer cells have broken out are and circulating around my body?

Getting results from scans can be a difficult time, especially if there are medical terms that you are unfamiliar with. We are unable to comment on individual reports, your treatment team are best placed to explain the results of your MRI scan and what it means for you, as they have all of your information.
