I’m currently on abemaciclib, anastrozole, adcal, prostap and zoledronic acid (and metoclopramide and loperamide to manage nausea/diarrohea side effects). Pre diagnosis I rarely had acne spots but did during chemotherapy. It cleared up for a while after chemo but has developed again on my forehead, chin and cheeks. I’m wondering if could be medication related but have no idea which it might be. Or could it be a secondary affect of the stress of cancer and having medication sleep problems?
Has anyone else had acne on these medications please?

I had acne go years pre cancer but I would ask the medics as you really shouldn’t have to put up with spots and cancer. It could be hormonal but do not suffer in silence.
Have you noticed acne has a lot of letters which are also in cancer? Sorry to be so weird as that’s nothing to do with it but to quote from Shakespeare:
“out damned spot!!”
