My gynecologist sent me for a 3d mammogram and ultrasound and the radiologist is certain that it is malignant. Report says on mammogram an approximately 3 cm isodense focal assymetry with associated architectural disortion mass in the upper outer quadrant posterior depth of left breast. On ultrasound there are 2 sub centimeter oval hypoechoic masses with partially defined margins in the left breast 2 o’clock 6 cm from
Nipple. Focal assymetry with associated with architectural disortion suspocious for malignancy, left breast masses 2 o’clock 6 cm from nipple also suspicious for malignancy. BIRAD 4 SUSPICIOUS but no letter. Can this be anything other than breast cancer? Anyone with similar results? I am so anxious, I cant eat or sleep. I am waiting for a call to schedule both biopsies.
I’m sorry I can’t answer your question, but I just wanted to say I’m thinking of you and can understand how you are feeling. This part (waiting to find out) is honestly the worst part. I wish you lots of luck and hope your appointment comes through soon.
