How do I know if it is genuine fatigue or lack of sleep or the bodies way of healing that is making me need 3 hour naps. I have read the leaflet but none the wiser so just sleeping when I need to and getting up at 5 am when I wake rather than getting stressed when I can’t get back to sleep. Current sleep pattern is go to sleep about 11 wake at 5 then need sleep 1 til 4 ish x would like a more regular sleep pattern if anyone had any suggestions I have tried not to nap but it is totally impossible to keep my eyes open x
No idea really but I think that we need to be guided by our bodies. I haven’t been sleeping well during the diagnosis process, I normally have no problem with sleeping. I rested a lot last night but slept only for a few hour snatches. I made it until 6pm today then slept for 1.5hrs because I knew that I wouldn’t be eating until late because DS was at work until 8pm and I am going to look outside in a bit to see if I can see any of the perseid meteor shower, then I will head back to bed. I have left my pillows and V Shaped pillow in exactly the position that they were in earlier because not being able to get comfortable didn’t help last night.
