Hi everyone, after being recently diagnosed with grade 3 BC I am having a CT scan with contrast thorax abdomen and pelvis tomorrow and an MRI on Wednesday.
I’m ER- & PR- but HER2 is not back yet. Also my lymph biopsy was inconclusive.
Just wondering if anyone else has had CT & MRI ?
Hi, I had both first the CT then the MRI, both are doable. The nurses made sure I understood everything. Still waiting for the results and as always waiting is the worst. cazzy
Hi ladies I had both my scans and they were fine. Not as bad as I thought they were going to be. I didn’t enjoy my ct ‘cocktail drink’ (contrast medium) I had to drink over an hour before the scan. I liked it even less later. What goes in has to come out ??? . Just waiting to see my oncologist on Monday. Wishing you ladies lots of love n hugs ???
