just on my way out the door to pick uip scan results , brief chat on phone with nurse said not alot of change after the last two buit it read califications , yikes , whats this ??? be back soon ,

right , picked up report but dont see oncol till monday to discuss it . The califications seem to be by what i have googled seem to be dead tissue within the liver mets .
my report says no change in bone or spinal mets , no lesions in lungs and no new lesions in liver .there seems to be no significant change in size of most liver lesions although the largest in the right lobe has shrunk from 31.5 to 29.5 . indicating a continued response which is probably real bearing in mind this scan is just over a month following the last .
so after 6 taxoteres they aint all gone or shrank i know that this probobly wouldnt be the case but i was hoping . so continue with xelolda now to see what this does . anyone had more shrinkage with xeloda alone after tax?
