I am just wondering if anyone has had a cyst refill within a week of aspiration?
I attended the breast clinic just over a week ago after feeling a lump in left breast. I had 2 mammograms, ultrasound, cyst drained and 3x biopsies of an area that was both solid and cystic (no fluid came out after attempt to aspirate).
The doctor that aspirated the cyst said at the time that it had disappeared, so it was nothing to worry about, however I checked my breast yesterday and that cyst is back in the same place as before and feels pretty much the same size as it was before aspiration.
I haven’t had my results from the biopsied other site yet, they were meant to call Wednesday and didn’t. I called on Friday, no answer and left a message. I’ll let them know the cyst has refilled when they call me, but in the meantime I was just wondering if anyone had experienced this refilling of a normal cyst after aspiration?
