Dermal matrix issues

Going through breast cancer treatment Surgery

Hi I was 4 weeks post surgery and had major blood leading g to energency surgery. Implant was replaced and cavity washed out. No sign of I faction. The surgeon believes my body reacted to dermal skull g and dissolvable stitches. Just wondering if anyone else has reported issues with derma matrix or stitches?
