Am having an infusion of zolodronic acid tomorrow because my calcium levels are very high. Is this the same a zometa? And what are the likel side effects?

Kay often people having Zometa for the first time get flu symptoms - temperature, aches and pains etc. Just take paracetamol and Ibuprofen. It only seems to happen the first time. I am taking Zometa with Avastin so can’t tell which is causing my se’s, but also get back pain and having problems with my feet.
