Lisa - I personally found I was ok for the first few days - - hope you manage to bounce through it all. Glad you got something to distract you a bit - it helps. I’ll be making gooseberry jam and rowan berry jelly over the next few days - well, telling OH what to do and testing the set. Poor OH has SO much to do over the next few weeks!

maybe EJ - that was one of my reasoned argument for discontinuing - I know 2 people tax didn’t work for…of course, thousands have it successfully - but I KNOW TWO id didn’t work for!!! And never ever feel guilty for not getting side effects, just thank your lucky stars! You’ve been a great supprt to me despite not experiencing it personally and prove you don’t need to do it to feel it!
