i have just discovered that this virtual drinking lark can leave you with REAL hangovers, didnt sleep all night and feel like sh*t now, pass me a coffee and sympathy quick!!! and whats a lemon curd job?

i’ve been the same, couldn’t sleep while having chemo and seem to have got out of the habit of sleeping all night, frequently wake up at 2:0 til at least 5:0 hoping my sleep pattern will return in time

pretty good, sleeping has been a problem for me since i started chemo and now i’ve finished i can’t get back into the habit, but it’ll come back i’m sure
well, in the meantime it really undoes so much
we need sleep
so I am also worried about a new sleeping pattern taking hold…
when I go back to work, will HAVE to sleep
or no driving so perhaps need a pill
oh well, we will work it out
