I agree that this forum has a bit of an odd layout for this type of discussion group. I think it’s because the style that would suit is considered “old fashioned” and the software has moved away from that style.
Anyway to post a question you need to find the button labelled +new topic. See it here after Top.
Click that and post your question. You will need to decide what is the best category, or topic area, to post your question
