this is a very scarry time but you need to hang on in there what will be will be at the ned of the day so y waste your life worrying is my theory. but its not always all bade so think pos love shaz x

Hi
This is by far the worst time the waiting for results as you think the worst and your mind goes into overdrive. Once you get biopsies next week and you have a plan in action to treat this nightmare you will start to feel slightly more human again.

The support you get here is second to none especially if you are in the doldrums the women here are gems
good luck on Tues

Hi cyndi what chezz says is so true , it’s the waiting that’s the worst. Whatever the news you will deal with it. This forum is the best support if you don’t feel like posting jut read posts and you will see that people are so scared at first then learn to accept and duel with it, remember its treatable and doable and there’s light at the end of the tunnel .
once you have a plan , it’s easier , the girls on here will support you ask any questions you think of nothing’s too daft or weird. Take care xx

Hi cyme, I have to echo what lols and chezz have said, this is prob the worst it gets, the waiting is horrendous, but you have come to the right place , you will find help and answers to every question and fear you have, remember everyone here has been where you are now , there’s no point telling you not to worry, but whatever the diagnosis it will be treatable, and you will get support every step of the way, on Tuesday you will have a lot more information and a plan of action hope its good news . Dear Cyndi,
So sorry. once all the tests are in you will get a treatment plan. Most people find they feel a bit more in control at this stage even if the treatment plan is quite overwhelming. The waiting is just awful. Try to take it a stage at a time. Use your breast care nurse.
Good luck.

Hi Cyndi, just offering my support to you too. I agree with everyone’s comments above. The waiting is far worse than anything. When you get the results at least you will know what is going on and will have a plan. There are loads of us on this site who are recently diagnosed and know exactly how you feel. Sending you a virtual hug. Karen xx

Hello Cyndi

I was diagnosed 4 weeks ago, and also had some swollen LNs too. Luckily, the LNs biopsy result came back all clear. I agree with everyone else’s comments, waiting is the worst part of this .Once you get full diagnosis everything moves on very quickly. I have already had my first cycle of EC, and due for the second one next week. We are all here to support each other on this journey.

Good luck for Tuesday, keep us posted.

Best,

Mahsa x

Just to let you know that positive nodes aren’t the end of the world (although I thought it was 5 years ago). Nodes are there for a purpose (to catch all the rubbish) and positive nodes have done their job.
I’m over 5 years out from dx and life is good.
You’ll be there too.
