Diet tied to survival in breast cancer patients

An article in the Journal of Clinical Oncology found a link between what it called a prudent diet (low fat, low red meat, low refined grain, high fruit and veg) and overall survival from all causes eight years later. Oddly, they did not find a link with breast cancer recurrence or breast-cancer related survival, but there is no sense in surviving breast cancer only to get a heart attack. For the story google the title of this posting.
