Thanks for the update Jane.
Why am I not surprised that things did not go smoothly for you - you never do things by halves, do you ? As ever, thinking of you, Kate, and hope you are now feeling the benefits.

Thanks for the updates Jane, please send Kate my love. I haven’t really been able to send her my good wishes as I’m going through the mill myself at the moment, I’m still going through chemo myself and am experiencing aches and pains as a result of the chemo and radiotherapy. I will catch up with her updates and blog tomorrow, I need to get to bed now (all I do is eat and sleep!) but please end her my love, I do think of her and what she is going through, hope she is soon much better. Love Wendycrackers
Kate, I hope you are starting to reap some benefits to the stent being put in. Sorry to hear you had a terrible time with the operation. Hugs!!! Funnyface
Jane thanks for the update on Kate.
She never gets things to go smoothly or straightforward. I hope that she is getting better care today and is in less pain now. Please pass on my love to Kate and hopefully she will be home soon and feeling heaps better and get to enjoy some time with her children.
Lots of love and gentle hugs Kate

I saw Kate his afternoon and she’s hoping to go home tomorrow. She sends a big thank you to everryone for your messages and support. She’s much less yellow and the aim is to start weekly taxol next Thursday. There’s plenty to complain about in the grubby ward and Kate’s got PALS onto it. We talked and talked and its those wonderful conversations which are so special to me…hope that doesn’t sound yukky Kate…

Very best wishes Kate. Thinking of you and hoping for better news soon.

I am so glad Kate got the stent put in and can start the weekly taxol (but why did she have to through all that - its really just ridiculous) glad to see she is on fighting form and complaining about the grubby ward.
thanks for the update Jane.
Not yukky at all, Kate and Jane - it is what this support malarky is all about.
Thanks for the update. Hope you are home soon Kate - bet you can’t wait!

Hope you’ve managed to get home Kate, how awful the ward is so grubby, lets hope PALS take some notice and get something done!
Hope your feeling a little more comfortable, take it easy at home.

HI Kate
Hope you are now safely back home - and away from the grubby ward.
Must be encouraging though that you can actually see that you are less yellow and the stent is doing its job. Hope the taxol isn’t too bad.
Lots of love Kay xx
