Disease progression

Hi, first time posting. I’ve been on Trodelvy for 9 months but unfortunately had disease progression on last scan. Not due to see oncologist until Tuesday where I’m hoping I will be offered a new line of chemo to try. Previously had nab-paclitxel/immuno but had progression before switching to Trodelvy. Disease progression to new primaries in left and left axillary lymph nodes (previous mastectomy to right), lung nodules and adrenal gland met. New met in body of T10. Anyone with multiple mets on a different chemo to above for TNBC

Hi there,
I’m not on Trodelvy but I have stage 4 TNBC. I know lots of ladies have been on Capecitabine (an oral, tablet based chemo), eribulin, gemcitabine/carboplatin or doxyrubicin. If you’re on Facebook, there’s a fabulous TNBC Stage 4 group you can request to join.
This link should take you to the treatment lines available for TNBC: Treatment Lines - METUPUK
Wishing you all the best

I am not in quite the same situation although I do have stage 4 TNBC. I had a good clinical response to Pembrolizumab with NAB-Paclitaxel. Although I had to stop treatment in Sept 23 due to a serious immunotherapy adverse event, I have not had any further progression so remain on watch and wait. I have been told Trodelvy will be my next line of treatment when required. I know other mTNBC patients have been treated with capecitabine or gem/carbo, so guess you may be offered either of those, if not previously used.

I think there are other drugs with the same target as Trodelvy in clinical trial, also other therapies to use in combination with pembro. I think our job is to stay alive until some of this coms on stream!
