Docetaxel and Phesgo Side Effects

Hope you all doing well

My mum completed her 3 cycle of EC and last week she had her first cycle out of the 4, Docetaxel and Phesgo

Side effects she is having now is diarrhoea for the last 7 day, still going but not frequent maybe twice a day, nausea feeling and heartburn. Called triage, she was prescribed with lanzaprazole which helped with the heartburn, triage team said with diarrhoea is also part of side effects from chemo, they told me to wait and see and than call back.

Anyone experienced the same and if you have any tips and advises on what to do and how to cope with these side effects.

How long did it lasts for you

Yes I did chronic diarrhea and sickness constantly on the toilet all day left it for about 4 days then had to ring up went in and stayed in hospital for 5 weeks I was so ill after my first chemo session so get back on the phone and go back please x

Hope u feeling better :pray: yes definitely I handed mums stool sample yesterday at SDEC (same day emergency care), they told me the unit will call me. Hopefully today.
