Hi

I had my last round on Friday so knew I wouldn’t be able to eat or barley drink for a week but I’m sooooo hungry

I’ve seen some people can manage some basic or bland foods but literally anything that goes in my mouth touches the wallpaper paste saliva and I spit it out

I’ve been living on ice pops since Saturday

I think it’s worse this time as I know how long it will last

It’s okay to ask questions there as there is a good chance someone has experienced what your enduring and may be able to share tips and ideas they found helped them.
there are also some shared recipes that others have found useful and tips on drinks etc you can try.
